We don't carry out any credit checks. You're 100% guaranteed credit.
Proof of residency is required, ie: tenancy agreement or a utility bill.
We complete a simple order form including details of your flooring, payment information and approximate fitting dates.
The price we give you is the total price to pay. Fitting fees are due on the day of fitting and will be discussed prior to you placing your order.
We need to call and measure the rooms you want to do so we can work out an exact price. We'll have our flooring samples with us for you to choose from.

We'll measure the areas you want to do and bring all our flooring samples with us for you to choose in the comfort of your home. We'll work out your payment options - weekly or fortnightly.
Once you place your order and pay the deposit, we require three payments by standing order prior to arranging a fitting date.
We will arrange a suitable fitting day where our fitters will arrive and fit your new flooring.
Our payment plan allows you to spread the cost of your new flooring over 10 weekly payments or 5 fortnightly payments.
A minimum deposit of £40.00 is payable when you place your order. Cash or credit / debit card payments are accepted.
Your weekly / fortnightly payments are made by standing order. We can set this up when you place your order.
Fitting is arranged after your third standing order payment if paying weekly, or your second standing order payment if paying fortnightly.
Your fitting fee is payable to the fitters on the day of fitting.
Please note - we do not offer pay monthly plans.
Minimum deposit of £40.00 - payable when you place your order.

Total price = £240.00
Deposit = £40.00
Balance = £200.00
The balance is paid by either 10 weekly payments of £20.00 or 5 fortnightly payments of £40.00
